Improve your gardening skills and learn something new! Candace Godwin, a certified Idaho Master Gardener, offers several gardening classes each year through the University of Idaho Extension’s Idaho Master Gardener program. All class registrations and fees are set through the Idaho Master Gardener Program.

Seed Starting for the Home Gardener Saturday, March 22, 2025, 10 am – 1 pm
Discover the thrill of growing your own organic food from seed! We’ll cover the basics of starting a lush vegetable garden from seeds plus herbs and flowers, too.
Topics include seed biology, what seeds need to germinate, soils and fertilizers, the timing and understanding of days to maturity, and seed-starting equipment.
Plus, each participant receives a free packet of seeds. Let’s get our 2025 growing season off to a great start together!
