What is she up to now? Germination testing, of course! I saved quite a few seeds this summer, and I want to ensure they are viable for next season. I'd say this is a yes! If you saved garden seeds this year or acquired some from friends, it's a good idea to run a quick Germination test. It's better to know now than be disappointed in spring. You can sow in seed starting mix, as I have done here, or place seeds in damp paper towels inside a baggie. And no, as much as I would like to, these seedlings will not be grown out - they're headed to the compost bin. 🫤#thecoeurdalenecoop #seedtesting #germinationtest #planningforspring ...
