The 2nd Street Chicken Ranch has organically grown Heirloom tomato plants for sale. The seeds we started in mid-March have quickly grown into sturdy plants and have been lovingly transplanted into individual pots. Soon they will be ready to go into your garden!
You won’t find your typical “big box store” tomato variety here — these are healthy Heirlooms from non-GMO seeds. We are offering a nice selection of cherry, standard/salad and paste types – 18 varieties in all. With the exception of two new varieties, each has been grown with great success in our small, north Idaho garden.

Yes! We are taking orders and are in the process of hardening the plants (getting them ready to live outside!). Plants should be ready to go around May 5th — but be careful planting them before the 15th — our area’s last average day of frost.
I would love to purchase some of your tomatoes. One of each . I will have the children plant them in the greenhouse so they will be protected from the deer. Thanks
