Pansy – CdA Coop Mix

$5.00

Heirloom, Splash of Early Season Color!

Spring blossoms bring a splash of color to the garden. This collection includes Swiss Giant, Floral Days Morning Dew, and Arkwright Ruby. Bushy, 6 to 9-inch plants produce large, velvety flowers in a mix of colors from blues and plum-purple to ruby red and lemon yellow — many are bi-colored with splashy faces. Edible petals can be used to garnish soft cheese or baked goods. Cool-season flower grows in full sun to part shade. Deer-resistant and frost-tolerant perennial in zones 6 and up; often grown as an annual, reseeds readily—three plants per 4-inch pot.

Please note: Cool-season crops are not available for purchase online this year.

All cool-season crops, including lettuce, will be offered for sale at our Spring Fling Cool-Season Plant Sale in mid-April.

The Coeur d'Alene Coop
While it's cold and quiet outside, the growing garage is already starting to take shape. It's a tight fit at the moment (the SUV still lives there...for now), but it's starting to green up:Onions, leeks, shallots, and chives, thyme and mint, pansies, and my favorite today, baby snapdragons from seed I saved last fall. A strong start so your garden can hit the ground running in May. And, it's my ray of hope on a winter's day.#thecoeurdalenecoop#seedstarting2026#heirloomveggies#gardencats ... See MoreSee Less
