Spanish Heirloom

70 -80 Days. This Spanish heirloom was introduced to the markets in Spain and Southern France around 1859. Productive plants produce cone-shaped fruit that can grow 6 to 8 inches long and 3 to 5 inches in diameter. It’s large size and sweetness makes it a great pepper for salads, roasting, frying, or stuffing. It remains a very popular pepper with chefs in Paris and southern France.
