100 days.  Zebrune is a sweet, mild shallot that is of good size and easy to peel. Technically a cross between a shallot and an onion, it’s great for caramelizing or used in a vinaigrette. Known in France as Cuisse de Poulet or chicken thigh shallot (another reason why we love it!). Plants are grown from organic seed stock. Sold in pony packs, 12 plants per pack minimum.
