90 days. Oblong light yellow fruits have very sweet, stringy flesh. Bake or boil this squash and the flesh separates into long noodles resembling spaghetti. Great with butter or your favorite pasta sauce! Each plant will produce 4 to 5 fruits. Organic seed stock.
