Winter Squash – Honey Boat Delicata

$4.75

Open Pollinated, Grown from Organic Seed

90 days. Sweet as honey is Honey Boat Delicata. Long, copper-colored fruit is very sweet and has a larger seed cavity, perfect for stuffing. Holds sweetness long into winter storage. Grown from organic seed.

Seed Saving is underway! These are Piennolo del vesuvio, the Italian storage tomato. My plants are covered in fruit clusters, and the flavor is just delicious. A bit sweet and tomato-y. Today, I'm roasting the flesh and making a tapenade with garlic, herbs de Provence, and basil. My fellow Idaho Master Gardeners will have the first taste later today!#thecoeurdalenecoop #tomatotapenade #piennolodelvesuvio #heirloomtomatoes ... See MoreSee Less
