Heirloom, Grown from Organic Seed

85 days. One of the largest green tomatoes, Aunt Ruby’s German green usually weigh in at 1 pound or more.  Sweet, juicy flesh with a touch of spice and fruitiness. Ripe green tomatoes will begin to feel soft to the touch and turn a slight yellowish-green.  Old family heirloom from Ruby Arnold of Greeneville, Tennessee.  Indeterminate. Organic seed stock.
