Open Pollinated, Early!

65 – 75 days.  Big, beautiful, and early!! Beefsteak fruit is pinkish-brown with metallic green stripes — juicy and sweet — great taste. This is my go-to for BLTs!! Stocky plants are a bit smaller than other indeterminate varieties. Grows great in a container. One of our favorites!

This is our number one favorite this year! Even though they didn’t get as large as they normally would in a regular season, the flavor is joyful. Even my neighbors agree, after sharing some of my harvests.

Sweet lemon lavender treats! It was much cooler today and perfect for baking and restocking the freezer with these luscious lemon lavender pound cakes. Yum! Mini loaves freeze well, and when I need a quick dessert, I'll pull one out, whip up a simple lemon glaze, or top with a lemon sorbet! 🍋#thecoeurdalenecoop #lemonlavenderpoundcake #lemonlavender #organiclavender #lavenderlove ...
