Marzano Fire Paste Tomato

$4.00

Open Pollinated, NEW for 2020!

75 days. Marzano Fire is a new paste tomato developed from the classic San Marzano paste tomatoes grown near Naples, Italy. It is a highly productive semi-determinate variety that shows some resistance to fungal pathogens, is study and productive. It is excellent for canning and sauce-making, with few seeds and thick flesh that cooks down into a very flavorful sauce.

Greenhouse update! Finished framing, sidewalls went up, followed by interior painting ( white to keep it bright!). Next, the roof panels went on, ahead of schedule due to pending rain, and finally, siding is going up. Still need to frame out the windows, which have been stripped and reglazed, as well as the roof vents, side poly panels, double entry doors, roof cap and exterior painting, and finally, install shelves. Getting closer!#thecoeurdalenecoop #greenhousebuilding #dreamtoreality #greenhousegrowing ... See MoreSee Less
