100 days. How cute is this mini butternut squash? A gourmet’s delight, this winter squash is regarded as one of the best-tasting squash around! Its diminutive size of just 4 to 5 inches long makes it perfect for single-size servings (and it’s faster to roast whole too!).  Bred by renowned vegetable breeder Michael Mazourek of Cornell.
