Woot! Celery is finally growing. After what seemed like forever (7 days), the celery slowly emerged from the soil. Now, almost 3 weeks in, the true leaves are starting to appear. They aren't kidding when they say it's slow to grow and should be sown indoors 12 weeks before last frost.
