Huge Sweet Spanish Frying/Stuffing Pepper

90 days. These very large sweet peppers are from the Spanish Mediterranean Island of Mallorca. Very long, 10+ inch fruits are sweet with a thick flesh that ripens from a pale green to bright red. Used in many Spanish dishes, they are well-suited for eating raw, stuffing, roasting, or frying. Large plants will need staking to support the heavy fruit.
