Shishito Pepper (Sweet), Heirloom, Patio Perfect.
60 days. A favorite old Japanese variety which produces 2 to 3” long, slightly wrinkled fruits perfect for roasting, pan-frying, or grilling. Typically harvested and used green, but it will turn orange to red with sweeter flavor. Very prolific!

A favorite pepper! Even kids like it. Reliable and just keeps blooming well into fall. Briefly char the skin in a dry (no oil) cast iron pan then drizzle with olive oil during the last minute of cooking. Sprinkle with a bit of salt while they cool.
