75 days.  This beefy, red/yellow bi-colored French heirloom is not only gorgeous inside and out, but has a lovely, fruity taste. The flesh is dense and meaty with few seeds — great for sauce, but also for eating fresh. Fruit averages between 8 and 12 ounces. The original seeds were collected from an organic market in Lourmarin, France and trialed in my garden with great success in 2023.
