Winter Squash – Candy Roaster North Georgia

$5.00

Old Southern Heirloom

90 Days. This rare, Appalachian heirloom is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Large, 10+ pound, banana-shaped fruits are pink-skinned with a bluish tip at the blossom end. The sweet orange flesh is thick and creamy, perfect for roasting, soups, or pie fillings—a long storage keeper, up to 9 months. Vines are exceptionally long — consider trellising to conserve space. Open-pollinated.
