Jalapeño Pepper, Tam

$4.45

Open Pollinated, Patio Perfect, Organic Seed Stock

75 days. Take a break from the heat without losing flavor! The Tam pepper was created by Texas A&M University in the early 2000.  It’s about a quarter to half as hot as the early jalapeno, with excellent yields. Perfect for pickling, salsa, dips and relishes, but also great stuffed and baked. Grown from organic seed stock.

No bare ground and lots of plant diversity, that's No bare ground and lots of plant diversity, that's what I have in my raised beds. Here's a look at bed #2, 12 by 4. Strawberries own the front 4 feet, but the remaining is stuffed with cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, onions, and potatoes, plus borage, calendula, and zinnias to keep the pollinators happy!
