The Coeur d'Alene Coop
Cleaning garlic. 🧄 It's slow going, but a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. Tops and roots are trimmed, and loose papers sluffed off. This garlic was harvested in early July and is curing nicely outside on racks in the shade, but it's not fully cured. It still needs a few more weeks to continue to dry, before the final stem trimming and bagging in mesh nets for storage.Of course, I'm also sorting out the biggest and best bulbs for replanting in October. 🧄#thecoeurdalenecoop#growinggarlic#organicgarlic#saynotostorebought#garliclover ...
