Plants Grown from Organic Seedstock

The plants listed below have been grown from organic seed stock. That means the seeds used to grow the plants have been harvested from plants that have not been treated with synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.

Our goal at The Coeur d'Alene Coop is to grow plants from organic seed stock as much as possible. Unfortunately, not all of our favorite varieties are available as organic.  Eventually, we would like to offer plants that are grown from 100% organic seed.  Read "Why Organic Matters," here.

Frosty nights are predicted (low 28), so everyone is in the greenhouse for a bit. There is barely room for me to video... Plants are two shelves deep, floor to ceiling! If you have cool-season crops in the ground, consider covering them tonight and tomorrow night. They can withstand some frost, but better safe than not.Warmer days are coming this weekend just in time for our Spring Fling Cool-Season Plant Sale, Saturday April 18th, 10a, at our greenhouse: 1002 N. 2nd, CdA.
